It can be normal to feel a little agitated after working out and you might not be hungry right away.  Give yourself a few minutes to cool down when you finish exercising.

Deadlifts, pull ups, pull downs?  Lately I've been hooked on the horizontal pull ups.  These are the ones where you use rings or some sort of suspension trainer with your feet on the floor, knees bent and upper body parallel to the floor.  They are a great way to work your mid back
